Ayal Cohen
President, Insurance Agent
Ayal has a technical background and studies Computer Engineering Technology. Through out his life, Ayal had a keen interest in the financial markets and insurance. In 2013 Ayal decided to turn his interest into a profession by getting licensed as a life insurance agent and mutual advisor.
Ayal has a passion for business and, business development as well as working with businesses and business owners to address their unique needs. Ayal is prides himself on a high degree of industry and product knowledge which enables him to be effective for Highpoint clients.
The best part of Ayal’s job is being in a position to help and protect clients, as well as working with our amazing team!
In his personal time Ayal enjoys time with family and friends, martial arts, and staying fit. Recently Ayal has discovered that surfing is far more difficult than it appears!
Erin Toole
Operations Manager
Erin is a passionate and professional leader who is very well organized and well versed in customer service. Erin graduated from McGill University with a BSc, and from the Richard Ivey School of Business with an MBA degree. Her experience includes working on the development of procedures, policies, and protocols for smooth and effective operations.
Erin’s favorite part of working at Highpoint is that she gets to speak with clients and build trusting relationships every day. Her well developed communication and interpersonal skills enable her to engage confidently with clients to help them achieve their goals while developing and maintaining relationships that are valued by all parties.
When not at work, Erin enjoys guiding people in the art of living consciously, and to live healthier, happier, lives.
